What is breathwork?
We take ~22,000 breaths per day ! From the moment we are born until the moment we die, our breath sustains us. But…that doesn't mean that we are breathing optimally.
Breathing incorrectly and inefficiently can contribute to brain fog, increased stress and anxiety, and lead to even more serious health issues long term if left unaddressed.
When I discovered the power of my breath I was amazed at the results. I am passionate about sharing how you too can unlock the power and potential that exists in you.
Conscious connected breath is the key to self-regulation that anyone, at nearly any age can embrace.
What results can you expect?
Using the power of music, sounds, affirmations and encouragement, along with conscious connected breathing, breathers are able to access their subconscious and release emotional blockages. This can help to reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve sleep, increase immunity and boost overall health.
